RETURN POLICY

Thanks for shopping at Trendy Groups and Clothing. By placing an order you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

All of our designs are 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed. This means that until or unless you are not completely satisfied with your design, we will continue to work with you by providing unlimited free* revisions in a timely manner based on your feedback.

You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your must have the receipt or proof of purchase. If your return is not the result of an Trendy Punching error, or defective, we will not refund your order.

Refunds Policy

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or reissue a check to you. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping Charges Policy

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.

This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

Trendy punching will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 15 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in original packaging, unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping.

(Trendy punching) will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.
